Lewisville, TX \\ Today I’m so excited to be sharing the highlights from a Lewisville wedding I shot two weeks ago. The happy couple was Thawng and Sung, who were the sweetest couple. The couple both got ready in separate dressing areas at a family home in Lewisville, TX. After they both got ready, we headed off for their first look and bridal portraits.
Flower Mound River Walk was where the couple wanted to do their first look and bridal party portraits. It was my first time shooting there and it did not disappoint. First of all, the water fall area was gorgeous! Secondly, the little chapel and the bridge was the perfect backdrop for the first look! I loved it when Thawng turned around to see his bride for the first time. That’s always my favorite part, seeing the groom’s reaction to his beautiful bride on their wedding day.
The ceremony was then held at the MIE Baptist Church. It was followed immediately by the reception. I loved the dances the bridal party did at the beginning of the reception to surprise their guests! It was super fun and everyone loved it! Towards the end of the reception, Sung wanted to gather all the kids and take photos with each of them. I thought that was the sweetest thing.
There were so many sweet moments throughout the day for that I enjoyed from this Lewisville wedding. I am so glad I was able to be a part of it. Hope everyone enjoys the photos from this couple’s special day.
